Monitor external agents
Astro AI monitors more than the agents you deploy on the platform. AI tools that run outside Astro AI — on your team’s machines, in CI, or in another environment — can send their usage telemetry to Astro AI and show up in your dashboard alongside your deployed agents.
How it works
Each supported tool has an official integration. You create an ingest key, add a short block of settings to the tool’s configuration, and it streams telemetry to Astro AI over OpenTelemetry. Astro AI attributes the data to your account and to the team member and session it came from, so you can break it down in the dashboard.
Astro AI accepts telemetry only from the official integrations listed below. By default, an integration reports usage metadata only — sessions, token counts, cost, models, and tool activity. The contents of prompts and responses are not collected unless you opt in.
