Stream account agent events (SSE)
Streams agent build changes as Server-Sent Events. Opens with a ready event, then sends agent.build when a build changes state and heartbeat every 25 seconds. Treat agent.build as a signal to refetch the agent. To resume, reconnect with the last event’s id in the Last-Event-ID header or the last_event_id query parameter. When replay is capped, ready carries "resync": true; refetch.
