# Turn on experimental features

Some Astropods features are in early access and off by default. You turn each one on or off under **Settings** > **Experiments**. An experimental feature may change or be removed.

## Before you start

To complete this guide, you'll need the following:

* An Astropods account at astropods.com. You sign in to the web app to turn an experiment on or off.
* To change an organization's experiments, you must be an admin of that organization. Members who aren't admins don't see **Experiments** on it.

## Turn an experiment on or off

To turn an experiment on or off, do the following:

1. At astropods.com, click your profile picture at the top right, select **Settings**, then click **Experiments** in the left menu.
2. Turn the experiment on or off.

Each experiment has a description of what it shows. This menu always opens your personal account's settings. To set an organization's experiments, select the organization at the top left, click **Settings** in the top navigation, then click **Experiments**.
