# Get deployment file storage usage

GET https://astropods.com/api/v1/deployments/{deploymentId}/files/usage

Returns capacity for the persistent volume shared by chat data and files.
`available` is false when the active storage backend cannot report a fixed
capacity; clients should hide capacity warnings in that case.
